Shipping Policy

At cookware-co, we process all orders within 10–20business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes 10–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on carrier speed, location, and customs clearance. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including residential and PO Box addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. We may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders, as displayed on our homepage or product pages.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, weather disruptions, or customs inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will investigate and assist with replacement or refund in compliance with our terms.
