How long is delivery?
Orders are processed in 10–20business days. US delivery takes 10–20 business days.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
Contact support with your order number. We will assist with carrier investigation.
What is your return policy?
Unused, undamaged items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to initiate.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Return & Refund Policy
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom or sale items may be non-returnable.
To start a return, contact support with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
